Our carers have a deep understanding that providing and receiving personal care is a very intimate activity. Therefore, establishing trust and communication is a critical part of our personal care services. We place emphasis on building strong relationships so that clients feel no loss of dignity, feel at ease and feel happy with their carer.
We also recognise the importance of encouraging clients who are able, to carry out certain aspects of their personal care routine by themselves. Again, this can play a big role in maintaining high self-esteem.
At Fán Abhaile Home Care Services, our greatest asset is our dedicated team of caring professionals. Fán Abhaile Home Care Services employees undergo a rigorous series of interviews and Garda vetting before hiring, and, once on board, our team members are extensively trained in the responsibilities and duties required of elderly care.
Our team members are happy and motivated to provide excellent quality care for the elderly, physically impaired, and those with dementia.
